Where to start...The professionalism, quality, guidance, patience; "flawless". I was never hurried, all questions were answered (no matter how mundane)...all done with a sense of graciousness and humour.
My final selected carpet is beautiful. Bernie, my most heartfelt thanks for making the process painless. This was by far the most agreeable shopping experience I've had in quite some time.
